Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with tracking, delivery, and service-related inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns. - Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet their needs. - Logistics and Accuracy: Accurately log customer interactions in internal systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. - Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, policies, and procedures, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex cases when needed, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. - Performance Metrics: Meet customer satisfaction and performance metrics, using data and feedback to continuously improve our customer service experience.

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in customer support or contact center preferred. - Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. - Computer Literacy: Computer literacy and ability to learn support platforms, including CRM software and other tools. - Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace. - Flexibility: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.

Compensation and Benefits
