Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through regular contact via phone, email, and social media platforms * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining accurate records and data entry as required * Collaborating with the Inbound Call Center Manager to ensure seamless communication and high-level execution * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge * Performing other office duties as assigned What We Offer As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy: * Paid training to ensure your success in the role * Leadership guidance to support your growth and development * A diverse and inclusive workplace that values communication and high-level execution * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * A competitive hourly rate and benefits package Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English * 2+ years of experience working in customer service (virtually or in person) * Previous call center experience is preferred but not required * Ability and knowledge using computers and various platforms (email, social media) to answer customer needs * Dependability, multitasking, and organization skills * A strong desire to help and be empathetic to customer's needs Schedules Available We are looking for individuals who are available to work evening and weekend shifts.
