Experienced Online Chat Representative/Live Chat Agent – Telecommunications Industry

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service standards and advice to resolve their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
  • Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Client Services or Customer Service, ideally within the Telecommunications industry. If you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Client Services or Customer Service role
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with numerical data
  • The ability to work as a strong team player, managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience as a mentor and coach, with the ability to build high-performing teams
