Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry and Administrative Assistant with online chat support, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include: ### Data Entry

  • Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality
  • Review data for errors or missing information and correct as needed, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate

### Administrative Support

### Online Chat Representative

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly tone, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns
  • Provide product/service information and troubleshoot basic issues, escalating complex concerns to appropriate team members when needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and accurate records of each interaction, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support

### Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Prepare information for data entry, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Provide entry-level support for the data entry function, assisting with data entry tasks and ensuring that all records are up-to-date
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, meeting productivity and accuracy standards
  • Complete clerical functions or data entry tasks, utilizing your exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Perform routine clerical and data entry functions, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Review and verify data prior to entry, ensuring that all records are accurate and complete
  • Perform daily audits and data entry corrections, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and accuracy

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry software and systems, including EMR systems
