Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct protocols and procedures
  • Following all communication guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • One year or more of previous high-volume Contact Center experience (preferably in a customer service environment)
  • CRM experience (preferably with a cloud-based CRM system)
  • Flawless attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, including call control and active listening
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent time management skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Experience with chat and email support in a customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with sales or upselling (not required, but a plus)
