Job Summary:
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer and shipping orders, verifying data, and maintaining the integrity of our systems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, and your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and reporting any errors or anomalies. Key Responsibilities:
* Read and decipher customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via our print catalog, and online, ensuring accurate data entry
- Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, utilizing your critical thinking skills to verify accuracy and consistency
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it, taking the time to review and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor, providing clear and concise explanations
- Maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties as required, demonstrating your ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills, enabling you to accurately decipher and process complex data
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers
- Patience and attention to detail, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Reading knowledge of English, with the ability to understand and process orders in Spanish (approximately 5-10% of our orders are in Spanish)
- One to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
