Responsibilities:

As a Word Processing Assistant / Transcriptionist – Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Formatting and editing documents according to templates or provided guidelines
  • Entering data into spreadsheets, databases, or word processing software
  • Performing spell-checks and proofreading completed work for grammar and accuracy
  • Saving and organizing files in proper folders and cloud storage systems
  • Following confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information
  • Meeting assigned daily or weekly quotas for transcription and data tasks
  • Responding to supervisor communications via email or chat regarding task updates

Requirements:
