Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, loan processing, cash handling, and collection calls. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process loans, including reviewing loan applications, verifying customer information, and disbursing funds.
  • Handle cash transactions, including cashing checks and making change.
  • Make collection calls to customers who are delinquent on their loans, working with them to find a solution to bring their accounts up to date.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

* Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be able to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Basic computer and data entry experience required
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Must pass a criminal background check, consumer credit check, and drug screen

  • Knowledge of loan processing and cash handling procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
