Account Manager (Remote - U.S. based only)

To do this, we need help from smart, gritty, outside-the-box thinkers (like you!) to keep innovating and moving forward. We are looking for the right individual with a positive attitude that can adapt quickly to a fast-paced and technology driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Leverage your knowledge of commercial insurance to effectively manage client accounts and address their inquiries related to our platform, carriers, and wholesalers • Work with different carrier/wholesaler documents, adapting to their unique styles and habits • Utilize advanced Agency Management System (AMS) navigation experience (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) to manage client accounts and insurance policies effectively • Enhanced knowledge of arenaflex 365 • Collaborate with team members, adapting quickly to new situations and demonstrating a team-player attitude • Efficiently manage time and workflows to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately Qualifications • Must have an active P&C license • Three or more years prior experience in account management, customer success, or a related role (or) currently employed at Layr for the past six months and in good standing • Knowledge of commercial insurance and experience working with carriers and wholesalers in the excess market • Familiarity with advanced AMS navigation (Epic, QQ, Sagitta, etc.) • Familiar with arenaflex 365 This remote position involves extensive communication with colleagues using arenaflex 365. The candidate must have a quiet and private location to work from and fast Internet (200 Mb to 1 Gb) for seamless, fluid communications. Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
