Accounting and Treasury Analyst

We are seeking an Accounting and Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a broad accounting generalist position, supporting core accounting operations across the organization and assisting with treasury and cash management. This position is ideal for a hands‑on finance professional who is comfortable operating across treasury and accounting in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This is a remote position with a preferred location in Central or Eastern time zones.

What You'll Do

• Provide broad‑based accounting support across the organization, including general ledger activities, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and internal controls, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs
• Prepare and review reconciliations for key general ledger accounts, including cash and bank related accounts
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, documentation, and controls
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies
• Assist with managing daily and weekly cash positioning, monitoring balances across bank accounts, and supporting cash flow forecasting
• Assist with payment processing and cash disbursements
• Support treasury-related reporting and audit requests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• Experience supporting cash management, treasury operations, or banking activities preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting and/or financial experience (public accounting experience strongly preferred)
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required)
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks
• Experience with Oracle (or similar ERP systems) is a plus
• Familiarity with account reconciliation software preferred
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

How We'll Take Care of You

• Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 annually
• Equity options & annual cash incentives
