Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our customer service. You'll interact with customers and Dashers through various channels, providing solutions and assisting them with their inquiries. We're looking for empathetic, resourceful, and motivated candidates who can contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Address and resolve customer and Dasher issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as Operations and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Empathetic and positive attitude towards customers and Dashers.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
