Product Support Specialist – 100% Remote (Contract) Are you passionate about helping others and interested in building your career in technology? We are seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our client’s team for a fully remote contract assignment. If you have customer service experience and are eager to expand your software support skills, we want to hear from you! Position Details:

  • Contract Dates: February 16, 2026 – April 16, 2026
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week; various shift options available to accommodate your needs
  • Location: 100% Remote – work from anywhere within the United States
  • Compensation: $18 per hour, W2
  • Equipment: All necessary equipment provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support for software products via phone and chat
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide clear, professional guidance to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical customer service role (call center, helpdesk, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with an eagerness to learn new software platforms
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences

  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical customer service or help desk role.
  • Proficiency in basic troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 10 and other Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software platforms.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
