Job Summary As a Remote Freight Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our cargo customers, both over the phone and in person. You will be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, and your interactions with customers will be critical in building trust and loyalty. You will work closely with our cargo team to ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and effectively, and that customers receive the information they need to stay informed.
