Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customers receive service that is both kind and quick, creating a positive shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Handling customer payments and operating the cash register during shifts, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Assisting with the merchandising process, including restocking tasks, upkeep of display setups, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Contributing to the efficient management and organization of retail inventory, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and easily accessible to customers.
