Claims Processor Customer Service Representative – Workers' Compensation Claims Management

The Opportunity:

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Claims Processor Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Claims Processor, you'll be responsible for analyzing and processing insurance claims, negotiating settlement terms, and maintaining accurate claims records. If you have a strong understanding of workers' compensation policies and regulations, excellent investigative skills, and exceptional customer service skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

As a Claims Processor Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Analyzing and processing insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Negotiating settlement terms with claimants and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claims records, including documentation and data entry
  • Learning and applying workers' compensation policies and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
  • Reviewing and assisting with claim forms to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Supporting claimants in explaining their claims and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting management with complex cases and providing recommendations for resolution
  • Preparing reports on all cases to ensure timely review and approval by Claims Examiners
  • Accurately coding injuries or illnesses in the claims system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Maintaining a workers' compensation claim log to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
  • Performing data entry in the Workers' Compensation system to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player with a strong customer service focus
  • Extensive customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

Desired Qualifications:

* Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods to drive data-driven decision-making

  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation policies and regulations, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to analyze complex claims and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a high-pressure environment

  • Competitive salary range: $64,400 - $135,100
