Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via incoming calls, resolving issues, and investigating complaints in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling times.

Minimum Requirements

• Reliable cell phone for VPN connection.
