Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Data Entry Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our eCom brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Transaction Entry and Categorization: Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) with precision and speed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• COGS Tracking: Monitor and track basic Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) expenses, including labels, fulfillment, shipping, and other relevant costs.
• Account Organization: Maintain organized and clean accounts, ensuring seamless financial reporting and analysis.
• Payout Review: Review payouts from various platforms, including Shopify, PayPal, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, to identify any unusual charges or spend activity.
• POs and Vendor Data Cleanup: Assist with Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor data cleanup, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Regular Updates: Work 3 times a week to keep financial records updated and accurate.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online: Basic or better experience with QBO is essential, as you'll be working with this platform regularly.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers are crucial in this role.
• Fast, Accurate, and Organized: You'll need to be fast, accurate, and organized in your work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Willingness to Learn: A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems is essential, as we'll provide coaching and support to help you grow.
• Bonus Experience: Experience with Shopify or eCom is highly desirable, but not required.
