Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analytics Director, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and scientists in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop strategic plans, and execute data-driven initiatives. Your expertise in data analytics, business acumen, and leadership skills will be essential in driving business outcomes and achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead a team of data analysts and scientists in developing and implementing data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic plans

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, business administration)
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business decision making
- Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision making
- Experience working with complex data sets and developing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree or MBA in a related field

- Certified Salesforce administrator or engineer
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues

- Experience communicating with senior leadership and external stakeholders
