The Role

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve their queries and create raving fans. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always looking for new ways to improve our services and exceed customer expectations. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during our customer service hours of 8 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday
