Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone and email to resolve post-sales issues, expedite orders, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in a fun and fast-paced environment, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to post-sales issues

  • Expedite orders and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a similar industry

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with software applications, such as CRM systems, ticketing software, or helpdesk tools
