Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a fast-paced and fun work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, operating the register, and providing excellent customer care
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
- Interacting with customers daily, providing friendly and efficient service
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think creatively
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role

Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
