Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You'll work remotely, so we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to manage their time effectively.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Conducting research and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
- Updating existing data
- Reviewing and updating incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and relevancy
