  • Act as the CEO’s right hand, providing strategic counsel and operational leadership while representing executive leadership in key operational matters.
  • Translate company strategy into clear operational plans, driving execution across departments and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, implementing scalable processes, systems, and best practices to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs to track operational health, identify bottlenecks, and drive data‑informed decisions.
  • Lead arenaflex‑optimization initiatives, including budget ownership, expense analysis, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee cross‑functional strategic projects, defining governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to align roadmaps with business strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, compliance requirements, and represent the organization externally when required. Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations within high‑growth technology or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in financial management, arenaflex optimization, and budget ownership with measurable impact.
  • Extensive experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects and driving organizational change.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes and technology roadmap management.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in e‑commerce, payments, or fintech sectors, with strong technical acumen.
  • Demonstrated success working with remote or distributed teams and supporting a CEO or founder in an executive capacity. Benefits:
