Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences and promoting our clients' products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Full-time availability, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with sales and customer service environments
  • Energetic and motivated personality
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree not necessary

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous in this role:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to travel for training and client meetings (as needed)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
