Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Conducting needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options and identify opportunities to provide additional value
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet client needs
  • Collaborating with our State Farm Agent to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Providing exceptional customer service through proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach
