Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize operations, and improve forecasting. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing process improvements that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and processes to drive business growth and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and technical teams
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with SQL and data modeling tools, such as Succeed or Sigma
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence tools, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Certification in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with SQL and data modeling tools, such as Succeed or Sigma
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
