Job Summary

The Experienced Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of our Transportation Management division. This role will involve analyzing incoming RFI's and RFP's, designing creative business solutions, and facilitating sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales, lines of service, and opco's to develop and maintain pricing models, sales/marketing content, and RFP/RFI responses.

Primary Responsibilities

* Work with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet the needs of our customers

  • Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Complete RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain pricing models in coordination with sales process, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Create reporting for sales pipeline and other ad hoc reports as requested, utilizing Salesforce to track and analyze data
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including providing general sales support and contributing to the development of sales collateral

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and business development principles

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations

  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to meet business objectives
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Working Conditions

* The majority of the work will be performed in an office environment, with occasional work in a warehouse environment

  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds

Compensation and Benefits

* Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with pay based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience

  • Pay Range: $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
