Your Role

As a German-speaking customer service support specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing top-notch customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and queries
  • Representing arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction
  • Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work
  • Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions to our clients' challenges

What We Expect from You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and satisfaction
  • Fluent spoken and written German skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and partners
  • Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our team and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and organize data effectively
  • Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas
  • Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied and provide effective solutions

Working Hours and Environment

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and stable internet connection. Our working hours are:

  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday
  • No work on weekends or holidays

Additional Notes

* This is a contract position, so you'll not be eligible for traditional benefits

  • You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • You must be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role
