About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Pharmacy Data Entry Technicians to join our team on a remote basis. While it is preferred that you live in Florida, it is not a deal-breaker. As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Processing medical orders using the pharmacy's systems
• Working with physician's hand-written orders
• Working independently to manage the workflow of refills, new orders, and admissions
• Communicating questions and clarifications to internal and external teams

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing medical orders using the pharmacy's systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Working with physician's hand-written orders, interpreting and entering data into the pharmacy's systems
• Managing the workflow of refills, new orders, and admissions, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Communicating questions and clarifications to internal and external teams, providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful as a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you will need:

• At least one year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
• Proven experience working in a remote job, with a record of good job stability
• A quiet and dedicated workspace, with reliable internet access
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
