Job Summary

As a Customer Service Ambassador at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing visitor access to create a secure environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Serving as a resource for all departments and divisions
  • Assisting with wayfinding and directing visitors to their destinations
  • Answering the information desk telephone and directing calls to the proper numbers
  • Creating an atmosphere of organization and professionalism in the main lobby

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors

  • Manage visitor access, ensuring a secure environment
  • Serve as a resource for all departments and divisions
  • Assist with wayfinding and directing visitors to their destinations
  • Answer the information desk telephone and direct calls to the proper numbers
  • Create an atmosphere of organization and professionalism in the main lobby

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of pediatric healthcare and patient care principles
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
