Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Chat Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by recognizing and responding appropriately to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Embracing a mentality of "do the right thing" and focusing on providing first contact resolution, utilizing a variety of resources.
  • Delivering results through exceptional decision quality and problem-solving skills, with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience.
  • Acting as a "Brand Expert" on policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to both internal and external customers.
  • Providing peer support to other team members as needed.
  • Using established tools and procedures to identify, organize, and categorize information.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Utilize a variety of resources to provide first contact resolution and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on policies, procedures, and promotions to internal and external customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
