Role Details

As an Entry-Level Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sharing promotional sales links and managing communications on creators' accounts using arenaflex's chat features
  • Collaborating with creators to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with arenaflex creators and their audience

Training and Support

To ensure your success, you'll receive comprehensive training and guidance on:

  • arenaflex's chat features and tools
  • Effective communication strategies and conflict resolution techniques
  • Best practices for community management and engagement
  • Access to accounts to handle queries effectively

Compensation and Flexibility

* Hourly rate: $35 per hour

  • Flexibility: Choose from 5 to 40 hours per week to suit your schedule, with the flexibility to adjust as needed
