About the Role:

As a key member of our support team, you'll engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues related to Apple products. Your expertise and patience will ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from home
  • Resolving technical issues related to Apple products via phone, email, or chat

About You:

Education:

You're currently enrolled as a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.

Home Workspace:

You have a quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk that meets arenaflex's standards.

Internet Connection:

You have a hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.

Availability:

You're available to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week. You can also flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs.

Typing Speed:

You can meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers.

Assessment and Training:

You've successfully completed a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training.

GPA:

You have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a technical support role

  • Strong knowledge of Apple products and services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills (40 WPM or higher)
  • Ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
