Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Excellence

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales calls and outbound solicitation, turning leads into satisfied customers.

Inventory & Asset Coordination

  • Monitor rental truck inventory levels, collaborating closely with Maintenance and Asset Management teams to meet fluctuating demand.
  • Generate purchase and repair orders, maintain meticulous files, and track parts to support cost‑containment initiatives.
  • Implement effective workflow scheduling to maximize productivity and reduce downtime.

Operational Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Uphold compliance with all company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales, customer service, or a related logistics role.
  • Experience in warehouse operations and/or transportation is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting conditions.
