Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Part-Time, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilizing knowledge of the arenaflex transportation system to provide accurate travel directions and information
  • Communicating effectively with customers over the phone, in writing, and in person
  • Utilizing various sources of information to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Troubleshooting smartphone applications and other technical issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Three (3) years of professional customer service experience
  • One (1) year experience riding arenaflex transportation system
  • One (1) year experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of the arenaflex transportation system, with one or more years' experience as a passenger of arenaflex services

  • Skill in reading and interpreting maps and directions
  • Ability to give accurate travel directions
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, in writing, and in person
  • Ability to utilize numerous sources of paper and electronic information for solving customer inquiries
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to troubleshoot smartphone applications
