Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to every customer, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlighting current marketing promotions.
• Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Prior Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience being a plus.
