Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our patients and customers. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Work Outline

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Handling patient and customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Processing new patient enrollments, handling medication refills, and resolving missing medication data issues.
  • Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Work Liabilities

As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Utilizing our pharmacy systems to process patient and medication data, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Handling patient medication demands, including refills and missing medication data issues.
  • Investigating and resolving complex issues, including missing medication data and clinical truncations (SIG codes).
  • Settling information section-related exceptions and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Essential computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and software usage.
  • Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing online forms.
  • Typing skills of at least 25 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Favored Capabilities

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced typing skills of at least 35 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records.
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
