Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to develop and implement business strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
• Develop and maintain business cases and financial models to support business decisions
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Succeed, Sigma, and Scene
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to identify areas for improvement

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
