Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Caia, Sofala Province, or wider Mozambique, and contribute to our national digital strategy. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing program to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners, ensuring they align with our brand values and performance objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in affiliate program management. You will play a crucial role in expanding our online reach and maximizing our return on investment through performance-based partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to meet and exceed acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including content creators, influencers, and digital publishers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary tools, resources, and support to optimize their performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage affiliate commission structures, payouts, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices in digital marketing. Required Skills
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing management (3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the telecommunications or e-commerce industry.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is a significant advantage.
