Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key contributor to our sales and lead generation efforts, you'll be responsible for:

  • Calling warm leads to set appointments and meet with clients over the phone
  • Utilizing our proven sales system to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Collaborating with our team of mentors and trainers to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Key Responsibilities

* Call warm leads to set appointments and meet with clients over the phone

  • Utilize our proven sales system to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with our team of mentors and trainers to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Embrace our core values and demonstrate a high level of coachability, humility, and willingness to learn
  • Participate in daily training and mentoring calls to ensure ongoing growth and development
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues alike

Essential Qualifications

* Must reside in the USA

  • Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed
  • Willing to embrace our core values and demonstrate a high level of coachability
  • Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)

  • Leaders and entrepreneurs with a desire to build a business and achieve their life goals
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
