Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to our clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experience
