This role offers part-time and full-time shift options with flexible evening and weekend hours. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Addressing customer complaints and issues, ensuring resolution in accordance with company policies.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding matters.
  • Offering product and service information, ensuring customers have all the details they need.
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude, providing support to customers in a helpful manner.
  • Assisting in improving customer satisfaction by offering feedback on common issues or trends.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Adhering to the schedule of evening and weekend shifts as outlined in the work agreement.

Experience

Working Hours

Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with flexible evening and weekend hours. Specific shift schedules will be provided during the interview process.
