Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish/English Support, you'll be responsible for:

- Capturing and advising on plan elections, conducting provider searches, and enrolling dependents.
- Acting as a liaison for escalated issues, managing a high volume of calls, and maintaining detailed call logs.
- Participating in outreach campaigns and collaborating with account specialists to address pending eligibility issues.
