Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, account issues, and other service-related matters
  • Navigating multiple systems and platforms to provide accurate information and support

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Communication Skills:
