Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you'll be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers who will develop short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple arenaflex markets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of analysts and managers to develop and implement forecasting strategies that meet arenaflex's business objectives
• Creating and delivering contact forecasts that inform global capacity planning strategies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with senior CS leadership to ensure alignment and communication
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
• Analyzing and interpreting data to inform forecasting and capacity planning decisions
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in forecasting and planning, with a strong background in analytics and data analysis
• Experience managing a team of analysts and managers, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Strong technical skills, including SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to share findings and insights with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines
• Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression
• Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization
• Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
• Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
