Key Responsibilities

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound outreach to businesses and homeowners, securing appointments for free service estimates.
  • Professionally engaging with potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing their needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Optionally, engaging in direct-to-consumer sales, earning a competitive commission of 20% on completed jobs.
  • Consistently meeting productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
