Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues
  • Resolving complex customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services
  • Maintaining a safe and engaging online community by enforcing community guidelines, monitoring user behavior, and taking corrective action when necessary
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Proactively following up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support, live chat, or community moderation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language to suit different customer personalities
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in web browsers, chat software, and troubleshooting tools
  • Customer service orientation, with a passion for helping people and a commitment to resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a remote work environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
