Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and providing effective solutions
  • Assisting customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers
  • Documenting all interactions and keeping detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system
  • Collaborating with team members to escalate issues when necessary and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and following up on open inquiries to ensure timely resolution and closure
  • Providing feedback on common customer issues to assist in improving our service and support processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or customer service is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a mechanical or industrial engineering setting
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
