Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into the arenaflex database. This will involve: * Keying paper applications into the database with high accuracy and speed * Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy * Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed * Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members * Working with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues Education and Work Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred * 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field Knowledge and Skills To perform the job successfully, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies: * The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management * Proficient computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office * The ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Hours and Physical Demands As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule. However, you'll be expected to work a standard 8:15-4:45pm schedule, with the possibility of periodic overtime. The physical demands of this role are minimal, but you'll need to be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer with accuracy and speed.
