Principal EBS Techno-Functional Consultant; Finance/ERP

What You Will Do
- Assess and analyze customers' business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives.
- Assist customers in their overall journey to Cloud.
- Ensure Oracle technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.
- Serve as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority to guide scope, cost effectiveness, quality and reusability.
- Provide technical guidance on Oracle EBS and/or on‑premise solutions to customers and internal Oracle teams.
- Support solutions around multi‑cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
- Ensure successful handover from Implementation toward operations to fit customer requirements.
- Maintain Oracle solutions to meet ongoing customer demands across premise, cloud or hybrid platforms.
- Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to technically well‑manage work streams.
- Act as the main contact for new business opportunities by supporting the presales team and identifying sales opportunities for Oracle products and services.
- Actively lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in implementing On‑prem / EBS Applications, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
- Must have strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Financial Modules – GL / AR / AP / CM.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices for new feature adoption, testing and change management.
- Strong knowledge of roles and security.
- Proven experience on Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all types of data loaders, extracts, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, sandboxes, page composer, etc.
- Design and develop customizations using Visual Builder, ADF and Process Builder in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred.
